RED January is a movement helping people support their mental well-being through exercise. … RED‘s mission is to raise awareness of mental health problems, such as depression, by promoting the positive impact that exercise can have on happiness and well-being.
This January I took part in Red January. I didn’t sign up, but took part along with a big group of friends. We ran together through tracking our runs with Strava.
